The Online Store is not loading.
If the Online Store is not loading, you may be having problems with your ISP (Internet Service Provider) and you will need to change your internet settings in order to have full access to the page. Please follow the steps below :
Windows Users :
- Go to Start > Control Panel > Network & Sharing Center
- Click on “Change Adapter Settings” on the left
- Right click on the current internet connection, eg “Local Area Connection” and select “Properties”
- Select “Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv6)” and go to “Properties”
- Select “Use the following DNS server addresses” and key in the values “22.214.171.124” in the Preferred DNS Server field.
- Click OK
- Reload Online Store page
Mac Users :
- Go to Apple menu > System Preferences > Network.
- Select the connection for which you want to configure Google Public DNS and click “Advanced”.
- Select the DNS tab.
- Click + to add a new DNS server and enter “126.96.36.199” for IPv4
- Click Apply and OK.
- Reload Online Store page
What are the requirements to view Individium’s website?
To view individium.com at its optimal performance, you will need to use the latest version of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox at a screen resolution of at least 1280x1024px. Viewing individium.com using Internet Explorer and Safari is not advisable as it is known to create distortions and displacements of the page layout.
What is Individium’s shipping rates?
For shipments 2kg and below
first 500g – RM8
add 250g – RM2
For shipments above 2kg
first 2500g – RM32
add 500g – RM4
*There will be a packaging surcharge of RM2 for Individoll purchases.

Does Individium ship internationally?
We only ship to Singapore and Brunei currently. We are still working on our international payment gateway. In the meantime, please contact us to make arrangements for other international deliveries.
How do I purchase Individium’s merchandise online?
Please proceed to our Online Store.
- You can add products to your shopping bag either by: 1) dragging and dropping it to the shopping bag OR 2) clicking on the product and then “Add to Bag” button on the right.
- To checkout, click “Open Bag” on the top right corner.
- Enter your shipping address and pick the delivery method.
- Click the “Checkout” button. Remember to key in any coupon codes you might have in this page to enjoy discounts and freebies!
- Select your payment method, complete the billing details and click the “continue” button.
- You will be redirected to the payment portal to complete your purchase.
